Consult
A call, then a site visit by appointment within Andheri, Bandra, Borivali or South Mumbai. We measure, photograph and listen: who lives or works here, what frustrates you about the current space, what you must keep, what the budget and the move-in date look like. You get a rough range on the spot.
- 022–3 weeks
Design & 3D
Layout options first, then a concept board and 3D views of every major room. Vastu placement, if you want it, is resolved here. We revise until you sign off on the renders.
- 031 week
Estimate & agreement
An itemised quote — brands, quantities, rates — with a schedule and milestone payments. Nothing is hidden inside a lump sum. Once signed, materials are ordered.
- 046–10 weeks for a 2 BHK
Execution
Civil, then services, then ceilings and flooring, then carpentry and modular units, then paint and furnishing. Our own teams, one site supervisor, weekly photo updates on WhatsApp.
- 05Move-in day
Handover & warranty
Snag walk with you, deep clean, keys and the warranty card. We come back for post-handover fixes under warranty.
Milestone-based, never lump-sum.
A small booking amount to start design, a larger tranche when materials are ordered, the rest against site milestones you can see. The exact split is written into the agreement.
We come back.
Workmanship on carpentry, plumbing, electrical and painting is covered by our warranty after handover; modular hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. The period is stated on your warranty card.
You see the site every week, wherever you are.
Photo updates on WhatsApp after every milestone, and a visit whenever you want one.
