Renovation vs. new interiors.

Not sure which you need? Here is how we decide with you on the first visit.

Renovation

Structure stays, surfaces and systems change.

Best when the layout works but the finishes, plumbing or wiring are 10+ years old. You may need to move out for the civil phase.

New interiors

Bare-shell or new possession, designed from scratch.

Full design, modular furniture and finishes. Usually no civil rework, so the timeline is more predictable.

Can I stay in the flat during renovation?

For a single room or bathroom, usually yes. For a full-home renovation we recommend moving out for the civil phase — we phase the work so this is as short as possible.

Do you handle society permissions and NOCs?

We prepare the paperwork most Mumbai housing societies ask for (scope, timings, debris plan) and coordinate with the manager; you sign as the owner.

What if hidden damage is found mid-way?

We stop, show you photos, and price the extra work separately before continuing. Nothing is added to the bill without your approval.
